Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (16 oz) cream cheese – softened to room temperature
  • 2 sticks (1 C) butter – softened to room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 C powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well combined
  2. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until frosting is smooth and spreadable
