Ingredients:

  • 10 slices soft white bread
  • 10 sausage links
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Remove crusts from bread and roll flat with a rolling pin
  2. Cook sausage links until brown
  3. Lay one sausage link on the edge of each bread slice and roll up tightly
  4. Heat skillet with some butter on medium
  5. In a square dish, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and flour
  6. Dip each roll-up into the egg completely and cook in butter until golden on all sides
