Ingredients:

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage – not links
  • 1 envelope country gravy mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded jack cheese

*You will also need the ingredients listed on the gravy mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and place on a greased, round pizza pan with points toward the center
  3. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan to form a crust – seal seams
  4. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown
  5. In a skillet, crumble sausage and cook until browned – drain – set aside
  6. In a medium saucepan, prepare gravy according to package directions
  7. Stir sausage crumbles into thickened gravy –  set aside
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper
  9. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat
  10. Add egg mixture
  11. Cook and stir until almost set
  12. Spread sausage gravy mixture over the crust – leaving about 1/4″ space from the edge
  13. Top with eggs
  14. Sprinkle both cheeses on top
  15. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until eggs are set and cheese is melted
