Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 C grated cheese
  • 1/4 C onion – finely chopped
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 C self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp mustard 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Fry bacon until crispy – drain & chop up/crumble – set aside
  3. Whisk together egg and milk
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet
  6. Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes)
  7. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire racks
