Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 count) – do not use the flaky layers ones

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Melt butter, parsley, onion and dill in a microwave safe bowl for 20 seconds
  3. Stir to blend ingredients
  4. Cut biscuits into quarters
  5. Swish each piece around in herbed butter
  6. Using a glass pie plate or 9″ round cake pan, arrange pieces so that each one touches each other
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
  8. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes
