Ingredients:

  • 2 – 3 lbs boneless top sirloin (or your favorite cut) steak
  • 1/2 C italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 C barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 C worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Slice steak into 3” to 4” pieces and put them inside a gallon sized zippered plastic storage bag
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl
  3. Pour marinade over steak in storage bag and seal
  4. Move bag around to distribute marinade evenly 
  5. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours – the longer, the better
  6. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 5 to 7 minutes each side 
  7. Discard remaining marinade
